Ingrid brought a literal breath of fresh air – her joy, energy, enthusiasm and genuine warmth and care for employees was felt throughout the office. When she visited the office, she would meet with employees – both individually and in groups – and truly listened to the ideas and solutions offered by employees. She did not simply pretend to listen, and then go forward with a plan she had already devised. Ingrid incorporated her own ideas and thoughts with those of the employees who dealt with the software and customers each day. Her management made each of us feel important and valued. We were never a “number” when she was on the Executive team.”
