I had the privilege of first seeing Ingrid Lindberg at the Maritz’ CX Fusion 2015 Conference. She was the best speaker I had seen during the conference (and I attended a lot of sessions). Her presentation was focused, concise, relevant and practical. Her experience in the Customer Experience space is second to none. And she goes beyond theory: she’s done the dirty work so her conversation is very down to earth. Unlike other CX “experts,” her speech isn’t full of jargon and so doesn’t come off as pretentious. What also resonated with me during her presentation was that she showed us how to take each idea and dial it up or down (simplify if or make it more elaborate) depending on budget, resources, etc. Her secret sauce is getting you to believe it’s all very doable.
